Stage 1
You will sign a contract with Maispa Developers for the property you have chosen.
Stage 2
The contract will then be stamped at a cost of €2.56 per €1700 of the value of the contract. The contract will then be deposited at the Land Registry. This process must take place within 1 month and secures your rights to the property.
Stage 3
Confirm the payment structure with the seller and have confirmation of what obligations must be met by both Maispa Developers and the purchaser.
Stage 4
You may wish to contact Immigration to register yourselves in Cyprus; your legal council can assist in this process
Stage 5
Upon completion of your property, a ‘Hand Over’ will be carried out where your property can be inspected by yourself to ensure all obligatory elements previously agreed have been met and all monies due have been settled. The house is then yours to enjoy.
Stage 6
You may wish to install satellite, telephone lines or other extra facilities within your home. For telephony you now have the choice of Cyta , MTN or Areeba. For information on these providers please contact us and we will be happy to assist.
